EBA+ Classes

EBA+ offers athletes the opportunity to expand their health and fitness skill set through monthly specialty classes! On top of their weekly EBA class, athletes enrolled in EBA+ will have access to specialty classes one Saturday each month taught by a guest instructor via Zoom. Learn new moves, strengthen your physical skills, and engage with your EBA friends while participating in zumba, cardio drumming, kickboxing, and more!

Also new for the 2023-24 EBA+ season, a second special monthly Zoom class will be taught: “Functional Fitness Fridays.” Led by a Doctor in Occupational Therapy, athletes will fill out a survey to talk about what functional skills they’d like to focus on, and then everyone will jump onto Zoom one Friday a month to work together to challenge and build those skills as a group.

EBA+ athletes pay an additional $15/mo, with scholarships available upon request. All class recordings will be archived and available to EBA+ members if they are unable to attend the class live.  Current EBA athletes can simply follow the prompts on the EBA Athlete Portal to enroll, while new and prospective athletes can simply fill out an inquiry form on the EBA In-Person or EBA Online pages to get started!

EBA+ Zumba

EBA+ Zumba with guest instructor Lori Uhl! Designed to boost your energy, Coach Lori’s creative approach Zumba will make this class exercise in disguise. Follow fun and rhythmic dance routines to your favorite songs all while strengthening your balance, cardio, and happiness levels.


EBA+ Cardio Drumming

EBA+ Cardio Drumming with guest instructor Carly Reumann! Coach Carly will help you channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training into one! This class will help you get energized, tone up, and rock out!


EBA+ Cooking

EBA+ Cooking with guest instructor Ashley Klees! With Coach Ashley’s background in nutrition and appreciation for good food, she will walk you step-by-step through simple and healthy recipes that you will love! Learn about balanced meals, kitchen safety, and cooking tips and tricks all while preparing a meal or snack.


EBA+ Barre

EBA+ Barre with guest instructor Kayla Barzee! Coach Kayla will teach you the basics of barre, which incorporates elements of pilates, dance, and ballet strength training into one fun workout. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre is a great way to build your strength, flexibility, and overall endurance.

EBA+ Functional Fitness Fridays

EBA+ Functional Fitness Fridays with our resident Doctor of Occupational Therapy, Paige Knutson! One Friday a month, you’ll work on fun but functional skills that will help in your everyday life as you do things around your house, at your job, or in your community.


EBA+ Kickboxing

EBA+ Kickboxing is much more than just kicks! Follow along with our guest instructor Nancy Monson as she moves you through various techniques aimed to build muscle, core strength, and endurance. Coach Nancy’s class (and fun music!) is sure to leave you pumped and proud of the hard work you’ve accomplished.


EBA+ Yoga

EBA+ Yoga with guest instructor Ryan Fitzgerald! With Coach Ryan’s guidance, you will move through gentle sequences to strengthen your body-brain connection. With a combination of yoga postures, stretches, and breathing techniques, you will gain physical skills such as flexibility, coordination, and balance.


EBA+ Game Day

EBA+ Game Day with Brad! Mixing in some of EBA’s favorite games and debuting brand new, never-been-played exercise games together into the ultimate EBA Game Day. Work individually, together, and in teams for some friendly competition and a full-body workout.
